1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, programs, and products operated by Target Evolution Inc. (“Target Evolution,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Teen Biz®, Teen Biz Box®, the Teen Biz Curriculum, and all related youth entrepreneurship services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing our websites or purchasing, participating in, or using any of our programs, products, or curriculum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

3. Eligibility for Use

A. General Website Users

The Service may be used by individuals aged 18 or older. Individuals under 18 may use the Service only with parent/guardian consent and supervision.

B. Youth Program Participants

Because Target Evolution serves minors in approved educational programs:

• Youth ages 8–18 may participate with written parental or guardian consent.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing our Privacy Policy and understanding how youth data is handled.

• Any misuse of the Service by a minor may result in account suspension or removal from the program.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibility for Minors

Parents or legal guardians who allow minors to participate or use the Service:

• consent to the collection of limited personal information as required for program participation,

• agree to supervise the minor’s online activities,

• acknowledge that minors interact with entrepreneurship content that includes financial literacy,

• accept full responsibility for the minor’s use of tools, materials, and online activity.

Target Evolution does not assume liability for any unsupervised use of our products by minors.

5. User Accounts

When creating an Account, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information,

• keep login credentials private,

• be responsible for all activity under your Account regardless of authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Purchases and Payment

By making a purchase through the Service, you agree that:

• all payment data is processed securely through Wix.com’s PCI-compliant platform,

• prices are subject to change without notice,

• you are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information,

• shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges may apply,

• purchases are subject to our official Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

All purchases support our nonprofit mission to empower youth entrepreneurs.

7. Teen Biz Box® Safety & Use

Teen Biz Box® products contain materials designed for youth entrepreneurship education.

By purchasing or using these items, you acknowledge that:

• tools and supplies should be used safely and under age-appropriate supervision,

• youth participants should follow all included instructions,

• Target Evolution is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of supplies, equipment, or tools.

Parents/guardians agree to supervise minors during all creation and selling activities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Ownership

All content, curriculum, videos, branding, graphics, trademarks, logos, designs, products, and materials associated with Teen Biz®, Teen Biz Box®, and the Teen Biz Curriculum are the sole property of Target Evolution Inc.
This includes:

• Teen Biz Box® designs and product templates

• Teen Biz Character IP (Teen Biz Guardians, Professor Pivot, etc.)

• Digital guides and workbooks

• Curriculum, lesson plans, and training resources

• Website content, images, and media

B. Use Restrictions

Users and organizations may NOT:

• copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce curriculum or product designs,

• duplicate our business model, training systems, or program structure,

• modify, reverse engineer, or claim ownership over any Teen Biz intellectual property,

• use Teen Biz branding or assets without written authorization.

Unauthorized duplication, including replication of our program models, may result in legal action.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes,

• harvest data or attempt unauthorized access to systems,

• disrupt the Service or sabotage community programs,

• use the Teen Biz curriculum or Teen Biz Box for commercial resale without permission,

• falsely represent affiliation with Target Evolution.

Any violation may result in suspension, removal, or legal enforcement.

10. Educational Program Policies

Participation in Teen Biz programs is voluntary and subject to:

• compliance with program rules established by Target Evolution,

• respectful and appropriate behavior,

• adherence to safety guidelines while using materials.

We reserve the right to remove any participant for conduct that disrupts the program or endangers others.

11. Third-Party Services

Certain features (such as payments, analytics, and hosting) may involve third-party service providers, including Wix.com and Google Analytics.
These third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

Target Evolution is not responsible for third-party failures or disruptions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service,

• error-free operation,

• that defects will be corrected,

• or that the Service will meet every user’s expectations.

All products, including Teen Biz Box®, are provided for educational and experiential learning purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Target Evolution Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• We are not responsible for loss of profits, business opportunities, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

• Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors using any Teen Biz product, website, or tool.

If liability is ever imposed despite these limitations, it will be capped at the amount paid for the Service or product.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Target Evolution Inc., its officers, staff, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or costs arising from:

• your use of the Service,

• your violation of these Terms,

• or your misuse of any Teen Biz product or program.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• violation of these Terms,

• suspected fraud,

• disruptive behavior,

• or any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the program or community.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes must be resolved in Texas state or federal courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
