Shipping Policy

Owned and Operated by Target Evolution Inc.

This Shipping Policy outlines how all Teen Biz®, Teen Biz Box®, and Teen Biz–branded products are processed, packaged, and delivered by Target Evolution Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By placing an order, customers agree to the terms and delivery expectations listed below.

1. Shipping Rates and Weight-Based Fees

All Teen Biz Box® units have a standard shipping weight of 6 lbs.

• The base shipping cost for one Teen Biz Box is approximately $12.99, depending on carrier rates on the date of shipment.

• One shipping carton can safely hold up to two Teen Biz Boxes.

• Orders containing more than two boxes will require additional cartons and will incur additional shipping fees based on total weight and the number of cartons needed.

• Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary slightly depending on regional carrier rates, fuel surcharges, or seasonal fluctuations.

Target Evolution Inc. does not mark up or profit from shipping fees; all charges reflect actual estimated carrier costs.

2. Handling & Processing Times

Handling and order preparation times vary by inventory availability and operational demand.

• Standard processing time is 3 to 21 business days.

• Orders are fulfilled in the sequence in which they are received.

• Extended processing times may occur during:

  • high-demand seasons,

  • restocking periods,

  • supply chain delays,

  • youth entrepreneurship program cycles,

  • or nonprofit operational closures (holidays or scheduled breaks).

Customers will be notified by email if extraordinary delays occur.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via ground delivery with tracking.

Estimated delivery windows after the package leaves our facility:

• Fastest delivery: approximately 2 days

• Standard delivery: approximately 3–7 days

• Extended delivery: up to 14 days, depending on carrier capacity, weather conditions, and distance from our distribution center.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped. Tracking updates are subject to the carrier’s scanning schedule.

4. Multiple-Box Orders

For orders containing several Teen Biz Boxes:

• Boxes are packed efficiently to minimize cost while maintaining the integrity of the materials.

• A single carton can hold two Teen Biz Boxes.

• Orders of three or more will ship in multiple cartons, each billed according to weight.

• Each carton will receive a unique tracking number.

If multiple cartons are shipped, they may arrive on different days depending on the carrier’s delivery routes.

5. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Target Evolution Inc. is not liable for:

• Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses,

• Packages returned to sender due to address errors,

• Missed deliveries,

• Carrier routing delays,

• Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If a package is returned due to an addressing error, customers may be required to pay additional postage for re-shipment.

6. Order Tracking and Support

Upon shipment, customers will receive an email containing:

• their tracking number,

• the carrier name,

• and a link to monitor delivery progress.

Our customer support team will assist with verifying status but cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is in carrier possession.

7. Preorders, Backorders, and Inventory Delays

For any items offered as preorder or temporarily out of stock:

• The expected shipping window will be displayed at checkout or communicated by email.

• Orders containing both available and backordered items may be shipped separately.

• Additional charges will not apply for partial shipments initiated by Target Evolution.

8. Nonprofit Transparency

Shipping and handling fees cover:

• packaging materials,

• carrier costs,

• staff resources,

• and operational overhead associated with preparing youth entrepreneurship products.

All remaining organizational revenue supports Target Evolution Inc.’s mission to empower youth ages 10–18 through entrepreneurship and experiential learning.
