Refund & Return Policy
Owned and Operated by Target Evolution Inc.
This Refund & Return Policy governs all purchases made through Teen Biz®, Teen Biz Box®, and all Teen Biz–branded products created and distributed by Target Evolution Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By purchasing any Teen Biz product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
For all refund requests, the Return Request Form must be completed using this Form: Return Request Form-Start Your Return
1. Return Eligibility
Target Evolution Inc. accepts returns of Teen Biz Box® products within 30 days of the purchase date, or whichever date can be reliably verified through documentation. To qualify for a return:

Customers must provide an original receipt.

Customers must complete the official Return Request Form at: Go to Return Request Form

All returned items must be in original packaging, including the Teen Biz Box® branded bags.

All supplies and materials must be unused, unopened, and fully sealed.

Any item that shows signs of use, opening, tampering, customization, or partial assembly is considered non-returnable.

Digital guides, digital workbooks, and all digital resources are nonrefundable under all circumstances.
If a return does not meet these conditions, the customer will not receive a refund.
2. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted if:

Any supply, material, tool, or product inside the Teen Biz Box has been opened or used.

Packaging is missing, damaged, or replaced with non-original materials.
-
Digital content has been downloaded, accessed, or viewed.
-
The request is submitted after the 30-day window.
3. Return Shipping Requirements

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers must use tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery back to Target Evolution Inc.
The organization is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. -
Shipping carriers and methods are flexible; customers may choose any carrier.
4. Missing or Incorrect Items – Replacement Policy
If a Teen Biz Box arrives with missing supplies:

Customers must upload photos of the box and contents via the Return Request Form: Go to Return Request Form

Customers must return the entire box, regardless of which supplies are missing.

Customers may request replacement supplies for up to two individual items (excluding product inventory).
-
Requests for more than two missing items will require the full box to be returned for replacement.

Replacement of product inventory may incur a nominal fee.

Shipping for missing-item corrections is handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received:

All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Refund approvals are granted at the sole discretion of Target Evolution Inc. following inspection results.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

The items must meet the same standards as refund-eligible products—unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Exchanges will follow the same 30-day window and documentation requirements.

Exchanges may be issued for a replacement Teen Biz Box or equivalent product.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If a customer receives a damaged or defective Teen Biz Box:

Target Evolution Inc. will cover return shipping and will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Customers must upload photo evidence via the official return form before a replacement is approved.
8. Bulk Orders & Program Purchases
Bulk orders made by schools, youth programs, retailers, or partner organizations:

May be subject to additional verification steps.

Must return unopened units only.
-
Are eligible only for replacement, not refund, unless expressly permitted in a written agreement.
9. Subscription Purchases
Teen Biz Box subscription plans (if applicable):

Are not refundable, including prepaid multi-month subscriptions.

Replacement items may still be requested for damaged or missing supplies.
10. Fraud Prevention
To safeguard the integrity of youth entrepreneurship programs supported by Target Evolution Inc.:

Excessive or suspicious return or replacement requests may be denied.

Accounts exhibiting patterns of abuse may be flagged or permanently restricted from future purchases or returns.
